Terms and conditions

1. Who provides the service

PIGHEAD is a product of Stratify Media S.A.S., a Colombian company with tax ID (NIT) [TO BE COMPLETED], domiciled in [TO BE COMPLETED] ("Stratify Media" or "we"). For anything about these terms write to sales@pigheadcrm.com.

2. The account

The account belongs to the company that signs up ("the client"). Whoever creates it states that they are authorized to accept these terms on its behalf.

The client is responsible for the people it invites, for keeping passwords safe and for everything done from its account. We recommend turning on two-step verification.

3. Plans

Free plan: no cost and no expiry, with the user limit published on the website (currently 2 users).

Pro plan: annual payment in advance (currently USD 170 per year) that removes the user limit and unlocks the advanced features described on the pricing page. It does not renew automatically: we send reminders before it expires. If renewed early, the new period starts when the current one ends. When it expires, the account returns to the Free plan without deleting information; users above the limit stay active, but no more can be added.

We may change prices and plans with prior notice; changes do not affect periods already paid.

4. AI credits

Artificial intelligence features are paid with prepaid credits in US dollars. Each use deducts its cost from the balance and, with no balance, the AI stops. Credits earn no interest and cannot be converted into cash.

Welcome credits are a promotional gift and may change or end at any time. [TO BE DEFINED WITH COUNSEL: credit validity, refunds and withdrawal rights].

5. Payments

Payments are processed by Bold (in Colombian pesos, at the official exchange rate of the day the payment is created) or PayPal (in US dollars). Stratify Media does not receive or store your card details. Every confirmed payment generates a receipt sent by email. Refunds and chargebacks are reviewed case by case and may adjust the credit balance or the plan.

6. Acceptable use

You may not use PIGHEAD to send spam, illegal or misleading content, or to process personal data without the consent of its owners. You must comply with the policies of WhatsApp, Meta, Google and TikTok when using their channels.

We may suspend an account that breaches these terms or puts the service or other users at risk, with notice whenever possible.

7. Third-party services

PIGHEAD connects with third-party services (WhatsApp and other Meta platforms, Google, TikTok, Anthropic, Bold, PayPal and email and infrastructure providers). Their use is also governed by their own terms and fees. For example, Meta charges the client directly for WhatsApp Business conversations.

8. Your data

The information you upload (clients, conversations, products, quotes) is yours. Regarding your clients' personal data, the client is the data controller and Stratify Media acts as processor, as described in the Privacy policy. You can export your information from the application.

9. Availability and support

We work to keep the service available and secure, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. We make backups and announce scheduled maintenance when it affects use.

10. Liability

To the extent permitted by law, Stratify Media's liability for any claim is limited to the amount paid by the client in the previous twelve months. We are not liable for lost profits or failures of third-party services. [TO BE REVIEWED WITH COUNSEL under Colombian consumer law, Law 1480 of 2011, if applicable].

11. Changes and termination

We may update these terms; we will publish the new version with its date and announce important changes. The client may stop using the service at any time.

12. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Colombia. Disputes will first be settled directly; otherwise, before the courts of [CITY TO BE COMPLETED].
