Payment questions
Can I change plans whenever I want?
Yes. You can go Pro anytime from Settings → Plan. If you don't renew, you go back to Free without losing data.
Do you charge for WhatsApp conversations?
PIGHEAD does not. Meta charges your company its WhatsApp Business fees directly.
Which payment methods do you accept?
Bold (card, PSE, Nequi or Bancolombia, in Colombian pesos) and PayPal (in dollars).
